Cancellation Policy
Alaska Transfers Flexible Cancellation Policy
At Alaska Transfers, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide our customers with the flexibility they need when booking transportation. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate changes to your travel plans, while ensuring we can continue to provide excellent service to all of our customers.
Cancellation Timeframe
No Penalty Cancellations: You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time with no penalty or fee.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total service cost. This is a small fee to help us cover the operational costs associated with last-minute changes.
Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the service will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid additional fees.
Special Circumstances
Flight Delays or Cancellations: If your flight is delayed or canceled, we will adjust your reservation to accommodate the new schedule at no additional cost, provided we are notified promptly. If a rebooking is not possible, we can cancel the service and offer a full refund.
Inclement Weather or Natural Disasters: In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events such as road closures or natural disasters, we will do our best to reschedule your ride or offer a full refund if the service cannot be provided safely. Safety is our top priority.
Group and Charter Services
Group Bookings: For group bookings (3 or more passengers), cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pick-up are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Charter Services: For custom charter services, cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the service will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Refund Process
Refunds: Cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Partial Refunds: If a cancellation falls within the conditions that incur a cancellation fee, the remaining balance will be refunded to your payment method.
